Open Streets Minneapolis events help us experience streets as public spaces where communities thrive. These events spark transformative changes in how people think about streets. Black Friday on Broadway: Black Friday on Broadway (BFOB) is a collaboration between the Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON) and the West Broadway Business and Area Coalition (WBC).
