The hospital will have 7 OTs. Land has been purchased in Vemagal near Bangalore City, Karnataka State, India; Construction work started in July 2021 after obtaining all approvals and has been ongoing since. Sai Aashraya Inc grants for and ensures the associated monitoring for each of these four pillars of activities, as detailed below - 1. Support for Operating Expenses (Unrestricted) - We receive the Annual Operating Budget for the Fiscal Year along with the Actual Performance and Audited Financial Statements of the past three years while making the Grant decision for upcoming year. Once a grant for the operating expense is made, we receive quarterly financial statements and a forecast for the remainder of the Fiscal Year, along with certified statements from Auditors on a periodic basis. We hold monthly, quarterly meetings and reviews with Sai Aashraya Trust, perform on-site visits every week to monitor progress and ensure effective service deployment and transformations. 2.
