Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c When the Board of Directors of Mobile Baykeeper, Inc. become aware of a conflict of interest, they ask members to step out of the meetings/discussions where a conflict may arise. Therefore, any members of the Board of Directors will not vote on an issue involving a potential conflict of interest.
