This program offers technical support to 500+ public, private and tribal schools across the state of Washington. HCP also launched its First Responder COVID-19 testing program called "WA COVID-19", also in partnership with Washington State Department of Health, and enrolled the first 9 agencies in the program. Schedule L, Part IV, Business Transactions Involving Interested Persons Health Commons Project (HCP) founding member, Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority, needed urgent assistance designing /implementing and managing a new, software based timekeeping system to track firefighter time working at COVID 19 community testing and vaccination sites. The HCP board wanted to help Puget Sound Fire address the timekeeping need but recognized that software based timekeeping systems was not part of the mission, so HCP outsourced the work to HCP's software/technology partner, Quad Aim Partners, SPC. In addition, HCP schools program team identified an opportunity to support Renton School District's Referral to Behavioral Health project. The project requires specialized technical assistance and software knowledge related to sharing of protected student health information governed by FERPA/HIPAA rules. While the project is well aligned with HCP's health equity mission, the HCP implementation team and HCP board decided to assign the technical compliance work to HCP's software/technology partner, Quad Aim Partners, SPC. Quad Aim Partners serves as the "affiliated covered entity" for this project.
