The management and board members monitors to ensure consistent implementation of the organzation's conflict of interest policies Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15 Compensation policies and procedures for all management and key employees is determined by the board members that performs review and study to ensure the compensation are in line with other comparable organizations in similar area of operations and with similar financial capacity Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 The organization goverrning documents, policies and procedures, conflict of interest guidance policies and Form 990 are all available at our office to anyone who requests. All our program activities and financial reports are also available at our office Form 990, Part XII, Line 3b The Organization is required to perform single audit as set forth in Single Audit Act and Circular OMB A-133. Per the Executive Director oral confirmation, the audit is in progress as this Form 990 was being prepared and is expected to be concluded soon. The cause of late filing was a program post review examination that had substantially committed all the personnel and managment time on working with examination team attending meetings, providing all requested documents and responding to querries for the successful completion of the program post review engagement.
