In 2022, FirstLook performed 675 pregnancy tests, 582 ultrasounds, and 312 STI tests. All items sold in the stores are donated to the organization. Net proceeds from the stores were used to support the overhead costs of the facilities, staffing, supplies, etc., for the medical clinic, education and resource activities. Also, some clothing, household, baby items in the stores were awarded to clients who receive reward points that may be spent as cash through the pregnancy and parenting education program.
