("LGK"), a 501(c)(3) public charity whose mission is to "ensure that every Vermont family who needs it has affordable access to high-quality child care by 2025." Under a written cost sharing agreement, LGKAN reimburses LGK for the allocable salary, benefits and taxes of LGK employees providing services to LGKAN along with the associated allocable overhead.
