During the current year funds were returned to the Church but TCCF continues to hold funds for the library. Schedule D, Part V, Line 4 The Endowment Funds are used to maintain the Corbett Medical Centre and are in place to ensure that medical facilities are available to Treasure Cay residents and visitors. The Grant Agreements clearly define the activity for which the funds may be used. Grantees must provide financial statements annually. The entity must request drawdowns for the funds in writing and detail the intended use. Grants from the Emergency Relief Fund and the Community Good Fund are considered after receiving a completed Grant Request form. Smaller Grants (under $10,000) can be approved by the Executive Committee. Larger requests are assigned to a committee for review, and if the committee approves the grant request is put before the whole board for approval Once approved the original committee stays in place to monitor progress until the project is complete.Criteria of the beneficiary selection and all expenditures are carefully monitored. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b The form 990 is prepared by the Treasurer. The first draft is sent to the Executive Committee for review. Then the second draft is sent to the entire board for review. Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c Before the start of every board meeting all attendees are required to advise if there is any conflict of interest. Any conflicts are entered into the minutes. Those members in conflict must recuse themselves from voting on any resolutions with which they have conflicting interest.
