Human potential requires a resilient, equitable, and nourishing food system that respects planetary resources. We support this by providing tools, resources, and educational opportunities for nutrition and health professionals. We work to educate nutrition and health professionals to update their practices to advance more sustainable food systems. In 2022 we worked with Food For Climate League to research sustainable aquatic foods (seaweeds and bivalves) using mixed method research to ultimately build a shareable toolkit designed for health professionals. Most of 2022's funding will be allocated towards this project.
