During 2018, 2019, and 2020 we were engaging the services of another non-profit organization to do office and administrative work, including filing the 990. During 2020, the COVID 19 pandemic basically shut down our programs and operations, as well as those of our Managing organization who laid off most of their staff. We are unsure if the postcard for organizations with less than $50,000 in revenue was filed during that time. We discontinued the services of the management organization in early 2021 and were not aware of the lack of filing until then.
