Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19 PYC by laws and rules and regulations (including topics specifically addressing conflicts of interest) are provided to the entire membership annually through the distribution of the PYC roster. PYC financial statements are emailed monthly to the membership. If deemed legally required, these documents are available for public review upon request pending approval by the board.
