Part VI, Line 7a Every September Board meets to accept Nomination Committee results along with members with 25 signatures of voting members. Ballot is sent to members and collected at November annual meeting. Part VI, Line 8a Minutes are kept of every Board Meeting and reviewed by Board at subsequent meeting Part VI, Line 11a Form 990 reviewed by Board for approval. Part VI, Line 11b The 990 is posted to member website and the Board of Directors approves the the 990. Part VI, Line 15 Compensation of Resident Manager is presented to the Board of Directors at a regularly scheduled Board Meeting.
