The Organization montiors the donation9s use through communication and reciept of use with the donee. O01 Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6 The Organization grants membership rights to donors. Donors elect the board of directors who make Organizational decisions. O02 Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a All donor9s are granted membership rights which allow them to elect the board of directors. O03 Form 990 governing body review Part VI line 11 The board of directors reviews and approves the Form 990 prior to its filing. O04 Conflict of interest policy compliance Part VI line 12c The Association requires every board member to complete a Conflict of Interests Disclosure Form annually. O05 Governing documents etc available to public Part VI line 19 The Association makes its governing documents and confict of interest policy available to the public upon request. Their financial statements are available to the public on the Louisiana Legislative Auditor9s website.
