All questions on the application shall be answered in full. No application for a loan scholarship will be received by the foundation directly from a student.Three references will be required. If possible, one reference should be from a local business man. Deadline for submitting applications is April 30, each year Loan scholarships shall be awarded only to deserving students of integrity, intelligence, character,competency and aptitude who have been graduated from a high school and are pursuing or will pursue higher education in an accredited college, technical institure or university. Scholarship of the highest rank will not be a definite requirement for a loan scholarship award: however, the foundation desires to encourage students who will become leaders in the community and business life and does not wish loan scholarships made to mediocre or inferior students. Preference will be given to graduates of the Dermott High School or its successor(s) institution.
